紀伊守様の屋敷が焼失。この辺り、桜田門、馬場先御門内は大半が崩壊。馬場先門外は遠藤但馬守様（一万二千石）、松平相模守様（三十二万五千石）の屋敷が半ば焼失し、御火消屋敷も焼失。数寄屋橋御門内は崩壊が多く、さらに類焼した屋敷としては永井遠江守様（三万六千石）、本多中務大輔様（五万石）の屋敷が焼失。日比谷御門の番所が焼失。松平土佐守様、土屋大炊頭様の屋敷は大いに損傷。同門外は松平肥前守様（三十五万七千石余）の屋敷が焼失。長州様（三十六万九千石余）の表御門内が少し焼失。有馬備後守様（一万石）、南部美濃守様（二十万石）の屋敷が焼失。その向かい側では薩州様（七十七万八百石）の装束屋敷の表長屋が少し焼失。幸橋御門内は柳沢時之助様（十五万千二百八十石）、伊東修理大夫様（五万千八十石余）、亀井隠岐守様（四万三千石）の中御長屋一棟が焼失し、ここで火が止まる。龍の口の角では森川出羽守様（一万石）の屋敷が焼失。大手先では酒井雅楽頭様（十五万石）の屋敷が焼失し、表御門は残るが、向かいの屋敷が焼失。この辺りでは越前様、一橋様、小笠原様の屋敷の崩壊が多い。呉服橋内から数寄屋橋内にかけていずれも諸所で崩壊が見られる。
【区域十九】外桜田は全て御大名の屋敷のみが多く、小屋敷がないため、塗籠造りの御長屋が大半崩壊。霞ヶ関では芸州様の屋敷に格別の被害なく、黒田様の角矢倉・御物見から表御門までの御長屋は崩壊なし。その他の諸家様は崩壊が多い。江戸見坂上、永田町辺りは少しずつ崩れが見受けられる。山王御社は無事。赤坂御門内の屋敷はいずれも諸所で崩壊が見られる。

The residence of Kii-no-kami burned down. In this area, the interiors of Sakurada Gate and Babaki-saki Gate were largely collapsed. Outside Babaki-saki Gate, the residences of Endo Tajima-no-kami (12,000 koku) and Matsudaira Sagami-no-kami (325,000 koku) were half-burned, and the fire-brigade residence also burned down. Inside Sukiyabashi Gate, there was much collapse, and among the residences destroyed by spreading fire were those of Nagai Totomi-no-kami (36,000 koku) and Honda Nakatsukasa-no-taifu (50,000 koku). The guardhouse at Hibiya Gate burned down. The residences of Matsudaira Tosa-no-kami and Tsuchiya Oi-no-kami suffered great damage. Outside the same gate, the residence of Matsudaira Hizen-no-kami (357,000-plus koku) burned down. Inside the front gate of Choshu domain (369,000-plus koku), there was slight burning. The residences of Arima Bingo-no-kami (10,000 koku) and Nanbu Mino-no-kami (200,000 koku) burned down. On the opposite side, the front row house of the Satsuma domain's (770,800 koku) ceremonial-dress residence was slightly burned. Inside Saiwai-bashi Gate, one central row house belonging to Yanagisawa Toki-no-suke (151,280 koku), Ito Shuri-no-taifu (51,080-plus koku), and Kamei Oki-no-kami (43,000 koku) burned down, and the fire stopped there. At the corner of Tatsunokuchi, the residence of Morikawa Dewa-no-kami (10,000 koku) burned down. In front of Ote (the main castle gate), the residence of Sakai Uta-no-kami (150,000 koku) burned down; the front gate remained, but the residence across the way burned down. In this area, the residences of Echizen domain, Hitotsubashi domain, and the Ogasawara domain suffered much collapse. From inside Gofukubashi to inside Sukiyabashi, there was collapse in various locations throughout.
[Section 19] In Soto-Sakurada, as only large daimyo residences are found there with no smaller residences, the majority of the plastered-wall row houses collapsed. In Kasumigaseki, the Geishu (Hiroshima) domain residence suffered no particular damage, and the row houses from the corner turret and watchtower of the Kuroda domain residence to the front gate suffered no collapse. Other domain residences suffered much collapse. On top of Edomi-zaka hill and in the Nagatacho area, slight collapse can be seen in various places. The Sanno Shrine was unharmed. Inside Akasaka Gate, the residences all show collapse in various places.
