巳之御未進差詰借用申金子之事
一金六両 但江戸文金也
右借用仕御未進御上納申所実正也為此質物我等
浅右衛門殿より請取申候薬師堂田地本証文入置申候利足
之義一割五分相定未暮ニハ元利急度御勘定可申候万一
遅滞仕候ハゝ請人引請右之質物取上候而貴殿江御渡申少
御苦労掛申間鋪候為其加印仍如件

現代語訳
未進金の支払いが滞った際の借用金に関する証文
一、金六両 ただし江戸通用の文金
右の金額を借用いたします。未進金（年貢等の滞納金）を上納するための資金として、確実に借用いたします。この担保として、我々が浅右衛門殿より受け取った薬師堂の田地の本証文を預け入れます。利息については年利一割五分と定め、年末には元金と利息を合わせて必ず精算いたします。万一返済が遅延した場合には、請人が責任を負い、右の担保物件を取り上げて貴殿にお渡しし、ご迷惑をおかけしないことをお約束いたします。このことを証明するため署名いたします。

Promissory Note for Borrowed Money Due to Overdue Tax Payments
One item: Six ryō in gold coins (Edo bunkin currency)
We hereby borrow the above amount for the certain purpose of paying overdue taxes to the authorities. As collateral for this loan, we deposit the original deed for the Yakushi-dō temple rice field that we received from Asaemon-sama. The interest rate is set at 15% per year, and we promise to settle both principal and interest by year's end without fail. Should there be any delay in repayment, the guarantors will assume responsibility, seize the aforementioned collateral, and deliver it to you, ensuring no inconvenience is caused. We affix our seals as proof thereof.
