一壱万七千石 来巳春中他国積出

但利足月百両に壱両宛可被下候事
右御米代方え金月割を以借入仕候義加洲御預所え
引合義定相定候上は来辰九月十月中に御米直段
相定可申候其節蔵入御米相渡代金全可請取候
然上は巳春他国積出方等若非常之義等有之候共

右の御米代金を月割りをもって借り入れ仕り候件については、加州御預所へ
引き合わせ、義定を定めた上は、来る辰年九月・十月中に御米の値段を
取り決め申すべく候。その節、蔵入の御米を引き渡し、代金は全額受け取るべく候。
然る上は、巳年春に他国への積み出しの方など、もし非常の事態等が有之候とも、

Concerning payment of this rice price in monthly installments:
750 ryō per installment From the 1st month of the Year of the Dragon, to be paid on the 15th of each month
This is the fixed arrangement.
Stipulation: Interest shall be provided at the rate of 1 ryō per 100 ryō per month.
Regarding the borrowing of funds in monthly installments against the aforementioned rice price, upon consultation with the Kaga Domain Deposit Office (加州御預所) and conclusion of the formal agreement, the price of the rice is to be determined during the 9th or 10th month of the coming Year of the Dragon. At that time, the warehoused rice shall be delivered and the full payment received.
