ただし、来る辰年十月より一ヶ年につき百五十両ずつ、来る丑年まで
右のとおり、御米はそちら方へ売り渡した代金は前条のとおりであり、
受け取りの御米は蔵入封印をもって引き渡す件については、加州御預所
役所へ依頼のうえ義定の上は、来る辰年春中に他国へ積み出し、そちら方の
都合次第に積み出すべく候。もし非常などの事態が生じた場合は、
この件に関して違約があってはならない。また、積み出しの格は御廻米
同様に、雑費などはこちらにて取り扱い申すべく候。

2,500 ryō To be paid by the 15th day of the 4th month of the Year of the Dragon

1,500 ryō To be paid in installments over 10 years, beginning the 10th month of the coming Year of the Dragon

Stipulation: From the 10th month of the coming Year of the Dragon, payments of 150 ryō per year, continuing through to the coming Year of the Ox.
Regarding the above: the price for the rice sold to your party is as stated in the preceding article. The matter of delivering said rice with a warehouse seal affixed is to be arranged through the Kaga Domain Deposit Office (加州御預所役所). Upon conclusion of this agreement, the rice is to be shipped to other provinces during the spring of the coming Year of the Dragon, and your party may ship it out at your convenience. Should any extraordinary circumstances arise, there shall be no breach of this agreement on that account. Furthermore, the handling of miscellaneous expenses related to the shipping shall be treated in the same manner as official domain rice shipments (御廻米), and shall be managed by our party.
