身上之儀相頼浪人分ニテ介抱ヲ請罷有候処身上之儀埒
明不申候ニ付不足ヲ申立退候ニ付憎ヲ得弥身上挊申事
難成候故信州エ引込南条仁左衛門ト名ヲ改罷有候処ニ
仁左衛門弟何某ト申者 忠昌公御徒者ヲ相勤大坂御陣
之節御供仕御馬之前ニ而討死仕候其以後右之者ノ所縁
ノ者有之候ハヽ可被召出之趣ニテ御尋之処南条仁左衛
門儀信州ニ浪人ニ而罷有候段被 聞食於越後国被召出
越前エ御供仕段々御加増等被下置後名ヲ改中根新五左
衛門ト申候嫡子猪兵衛家督相続之後貞享三丙寅年御新
規之節御暇被下嫡家ハ断絶仕候

忠昌公の御代元和年中（1615-1624年）に越後にて召し出される
● 中根新五左衛門（諱不詳）《本国・生国ともに不詳、姓不詳、初名は南条仁左衛門》
新五左衛門は以前中根仁左衛門と申し、中根大隅守のもとに
生計の件で頼み、浪人身分で世話になっていたところ、生計の件が解決
しないため不満を申し立てて立ち去ったため、憎まれてますます生計を立てることが
困難になったため、信州へ引き込んで南条仁左衛門と名を改めていたところ、
仁左衛門の弟某という者が忠昌公の御徒士を務め、大坂の陣の
際にお供して御馬前にて討死したが、その後この者の所縁
の者があれば召し出すとの趣旨でお尋ねのところ、南条仁左
衛門が信州に浪人としていることをお聞きになり、越後国にて召し出され
越前へお供し、段々とご加増等を下し置かれ、後に名を改めて中根新五左
衛門と申した。嫡子猪兵衛が家督相続の後、貞享三年丙寅年（1686年）御新
規の節にお暇を下され、嫡家は断絶した

Summoned in Echigo during the Genna era (1615-1624) in the reign of Lord Tadamasa
● Nakane Shingorōzaemon (real name unknown)《Both home province and birthplace unknown, surname unknown, original name: Nanjō Jinzaemon》
Shingorōzaemon was formerly called Nakane Jinzaemon and relied on Nakane Ōsumi-no-kami for
his livelihood, being cared for as a masterless samurai, but when his livelihood matters were not
resolved, he complained and left, thus earning hatred and making it even more
difficult to make a living, so he withdrew to Shinshū and changed his name to Nanjō Jinzaemon. Meanwhile,
Jinzaemon's younger brother, whose name was [blank], served as Lord Tadamasa's foot soldier and during the Siege of Osaka
accompanied his lord and died in battle before the lord's horse. After that, there was an inquiry
stating that if there were any relatives of this person, they would be summoned. When it was learned that Nanjō Jinzaemon
was living as a masterless samurai in Shinshū, he was summoned in Echigo Province,
accompanied [the lord] to Echizen, and was gradually granted increases in stipend. Later he changed his name to Nakane Shingorō-
zaemon. After his eldest son Inobei inherited the family headship, in the 3rd year of Jōkyō, hinoe-tora year (1686), during the personnel reshuffling,
he was granted leave, and the main family line was discontinued.
