付立岩ト相改候由大坂御陣御供モ仕候其後 御家エ被

正長は、甲州武田信玄の末子で信州葛山に住んだ葛山六郎信貞の
孫であると言い伝えられている。信州において上総介様にお仕えしていた際、本名葛山は
御仇筋にあたるため、江戸表でご遠慮があり、改名するようにとの仰せを
受けて立岩と改めたという。大坂の陣にもお供をし、その後御家に
召し出された後、吉江の御附人となった。

以前上総介様に兄正長と一緒にお仕えし、大坂の陣にもお供を

During Lord Tadamasa's reign, the third year of Genna, hinoto-mi year,
summoned to service at Matsumoto Castle in Shinano Province
● Tateiwa Giemon Masanaga《Note: Home province Kai, birth province Shinano, family name Minamoto》
It is said that Masanaga was the grandson of Katsurayama Rokurō Sadanori,
the youngest son of Takeda Shingen of Kōshū, who resided in Katsurayama in Shinshū. When serving Lord Kazusa-no-suke in Shinshū, his original name Katsurayama was
considered to be from an enemy lineage, so there were restrictions in Edo, and he was ordered
to change his name, thus adopting the name Tateiwa. He also accompanied his lord to the Siege of Osaka, and later was
summoned into service by the domain, after which he became an attendant to Yoshie.
During Lord Tadamasa's reign, summoned to service
in Takada, Echigo Province (year unknown)
Tateiwa Kichidayū Yukimasa《Note: Birth province Shinano》
Previously served Lord Kazusa-no-suke together with his elder brother Masanaga, and also accompanied
him to the Siege of Osaka. After his elder brother Masanaga was summoned into domain service, Yukimasa was also summoned, and later became an
attendant to Yoshie.
