一御徒目付役誓紙之事
一享保五子七月廿九日御徒目付役儀河合武大夫於評定所今日仮役之誓紙申付候御帳付南部治右衛門呼出為致取扱候
右誓紙会所役原田長右衛門ニ預置也
一元禄十六未八月諸役人へ誓紙改而被仰付候事
一享保十巳三月二日太田三郎兵衛今度道中仮目付去月廿九日被仰付候得共御精進日ニ付誓詞相除候処当五日江戸発足ニ付今日月番土屋
十郎右衛門宅へ相招誓紙為調判元十郎右衛門相改之候尤御家老中へ相伺如此
一同十二未六月十日此度諸口留御番人共勘定所へ召呼誓紙御奉行共申付候ニ付所々口番人代りニ狛市右衛門
組差遣組不足ニ付御留守組令吟味候処浮人無之ニ付御先月番へ申越候留有之
一同十五戌十一月五日御坊主五人勘定所御玄関脇ニ而誓紙致ニ付御坊主頭召連罷出御徒目付前々立合申儀ニ付跡部又八

被仰付息求馬評定日御用之節罷出候様於御家老中部屋被仰付候仍之誓紙被仰付候間其節仲間不残可罷出旨被申聞候
一寛保二戌八月廿五日去十六日被仰付候札所役人大崎七大夫始於評定所誓紙被仰付然ル処三岡助右衛門儀ハ
札所奉行帰役ニ付◦最前之誓紙相用 同役沢木所左衛門誓紙之節罷出文言承り候迄ニ而◦改而 血判ニハ不及旨松平主馬方被申聞候

一、御徒目付役誓紙の事
一、享保五年子年七月二十九日、御徒目付役儀河合武大夫、評定所にて今日仮役の誓紙を申し付け候。御帳付南部治右衛門を呼び出し取り扱いを致させ候。
右誓紙は会所役原田長右衛門に預け置くなり。
一、元禄十六年未年八月、諸役人へ誓紙改めて仰せ付けられ候事。
一、享保十年巳年三月二日、太田三郎兵衛今度道中仮目付、去月二十九日仰せ付けられ候えども、御精進日につき誓詞を除き候処、当五日江戸発足につき、今日月番土屋十郎右衛門宅へ相招き、誓紙を調え、判元十郎右衛門相改めこれ候。もっとも御家老中へ相伺いかくの如し。
一、同十二年未年六月十日、この度諸口留御番人ども勘定所へ召し呼び、誓紙を御奉行ども申し付け候につき、所々口番人代わりに狛市右衛門組を差し遣わし、組不足につき御留守組に吟味せしめ候処、浮人これなきにつき、御先月番へ申し越し候留これあり。
一、同十五年戌年十一月五日、御坊主五人勘定所御玄関脇にて誓紙を致すにつき、御坊主頭召し連れ罷り出で、御徒目付前々立ち合い申す儀につき、跡部又八立ち合いのため候。
一、同十八年丑年三月より、御家老中息評定所見習い仰せ付けられ、御家老中部屋にて誓紙これあり。（御城下の部御勘定所の所に記しこれ）
一、元文五年申年九月八日、大谷助方御家老職仰せ付けられ、息求馬評定日御用の節罷り出で候様、御家老中部屋にて仰せ付けられ候。仍ってこれ誓紙を仰せ付けられ候間、その節仲間残らず罷り出づべき旨申し聞けられ候。
一、寛保二年戌年八月二十五日、去る十六日仰せ付けられ候札所役人大崎七大夫始め、評定所にて誓紙を仰せ付けられ候。然るところ三岡助右衛門儀は札所奉行帰役につき最前の誓紙を相用い、同役沢木所左衛門誓紙の節罷り出で文言承り候までにて、改めて血判には及ばざる旨、松平主馬方申し聞けられ候。

1. Regarding oath papers for the foot inspector role
1. On the 29th day of the 7th month of Kyōhō 5 (1720), foot inspector Kawai Budayū was ordered to take a temporary role oath paper today at the council hall. Record keeper Nambu Jiemon was called out to handle the proceedings.
The aforementioned oath paper was entrusted to office clerk Harada Chōemon.
1. In the 8th month of Genroku 16 (1703), all officials were newly ordered to take oath papers.
1. On the 2nd day of the 3rd month of Kyōhō 10 (1725), Ōta Saburōbei was appointed as temporary road inspector on the 29th of last month, but since it was a purification day, the oath was postponed. Since he was to depart for Edo on the 5th, today he was invited to the residence of monthly duty officer Tsuchiya Jūrōemon to prepare the oath paper, with stamp witness Jūrōemon verifying it. This was naturally done after consulting with the senior councilors.
1. On the 10th day of the 6th month of the same 12th year, various checkpoint guard personnel were summoned to the accounting office and ordered by the magistrates to take oath papers. For replacement checkpoint guards at various locations, Koma Ichiemon's unit was dispatched, but due to unit shortages, the reserve guard unit was investigated. Since there were no available personnel, a record was kept of the communication to the advance monthly guard.
1. On the 5th day of the 11th month of the same 15th year, five Buddhist monks took oath papers at the side of the accounting office entrance. The head monk led them out, and since foot inspectors had previously attended such proceedings, Sakabe Matahachi attended.
1. From the 3rd month of the same 18th year, senior councilors' sons were appointed as council hall trainees, and oath papers were taken in the senior councilors' chambers. (Recorded in the castle town section of the accounting office records)
1. On the 8th day of the 9th month of Genbun 5 (1740), Ōtani Sukegata was appointed to senior councilor position, and his son Kyūma was ordered to attend council business days in the senior councilors' chambers. Therefore, he was ordered to take an oath paper, and it was announced that all colleagues should attend at that time.
1. On the 25th day of the 8th month of Kanpō 2 (1742), temple administration official Ōsaki Shichidayū and others, appointed on the 16th, were ordered to take oath papers at the council hall. However, since Mitsuoka Sukeemon was returning to the temple administration magistrate role, his previous oath paper was used. Colleague Sawaki Tokozaemon attended the oath ceremony only to hear the text and was told by Matsudaira Shume that he need not perform a new blood seal.
