御聞番御役名之儀御役替之節者是迄之通御聞番と被仰出常々相唱候所ハ御留守居と可

御勘定吟味役之儀此度御改革ニ付而ハ是迄之勤向ニ不拘御勘定所御金廻り等ニハ振退

一、文化2年（1805）丑正月、江戸表より旧臘29日に左の通り仰せ出されたとの連絡が来る
御聞番の御役名の件について、御役替の節はこれまでの通り御聞番と仰せ出され、常々相唱える所は御留守居と相唱えるべき旨仰せ出された
一、文政12年（1829）丑10月16日、御勘定吟味役へ申し渡された覚書
御勘定吟味役の件について、この度の御改革により、これまでの勤務内容に関わらず、御勘定所の御金廻り等には関与せず、諸役所へ立ち入り善悪をはじめ御締方の厚薄、御益御不益を考え、存じ寄りの件もある節は御奉行・御目付まで申し達すべきである
一、天保15年（1844）辰8月、大御番組小組振舞の定め この節銀1匁につき52文遣い

Regarding accounting inspectors, due to current reforms, regardless of previous duties, they shall not be involved in accounting office financial matters but shall enter various government offices to examine good and bad practices, consider the thoroughness or laxity of administrative control, benefits and detriments, and when there are matters of concern, report to magistrates and inspectors
