頭之通可相心得事
但地廻り野廻り共御膳所ニ罷在取扱可申事
一折々為御機嫌伺御座所へ罷出御用人迄可申上事
一御出先ニ於而御用向等之節ニより御直ニも可申上事
一雷地震之節伺御機嫌可罷出事
一御能定拝見被仰付候事
一玄猪節分御福引等頂戴被仰付候事

一評定日出勤之節御内御右筆部屋ニ罷在表御用始り候節表へ罷出候趣
一表御用之節ハ御家老中御宅へ罷出候事
一御内御用多候節ハ不時ニ申来御宅江罷出候事
但心得方ハ御内御右筆同様之旨
一御座所ニ而ハ四之日御用日出勤之節御内御右筆部屋ニ罷出居御家老中御残被成候節

一、文化2年（1805）丑6月5日、河村弥太郎について評定留役を申し付けるにより、勤務内容を左の通り申し聞かせる旨、御内御右筆畑中久兵衛が申し伝えた
一、評定日出勤の節は御内御右筆部屋に控え、表御用が始まる節に表へ出向く旨
一、表御用の節は御家老中の御宅へ出向くこと
一、御内御用が多い節は臨時に連絡があり御宅へ出向くこと
ただし心得方は御内御右筆同様の旨
一、御座所においては四の日御用日出勤の節、御内御右筆部屋に出向き控え、御家老中がお残りになる節は
