八百里云今之御札所組是也 但右十八人御目付月番仮支配ニ被仰付候五月廿一日以後一組切之勤何ニ而も為勤候留アリ
一享保八卯八月十四日中奥女中愛宕山へ被遣候付女中歩行之節計人を為除ため拙者共組ハ難出ニ付御長柄両人差出人々を脇道へ
為外候様ニ取計候留有之青山左京ゟ相談ニ付如此右御長柄之者左京願ニ付此方ニ而申付候事

一、享保十八年丑二月二十一日、松岡元目付横田十右衛門元組、当時松岡御目付片山弥五右衛門仮支配にて十八人あり。この者共去る十一日、残らず福井引越しを仰せ付けられたところ、今日筏町御下屋敷の跡にて組町地を下され、明二十二日に引き渡すべき旨を大井三右衛門より松岡弥五右衛門方へ申し来る
八百里云く、今の御札所組これなり 但し右十八人は御目付月番仮支配に仰せ付けられ、五月二十一日以後一組切りの勤め、何にても勤めるよう留めあり
一、享保八年卯八月十四日、中奥女中が愛宕山へ遣わされるにつき、女中歩行の節のみ人を除けるため、拙者共組は出難いにつき、御長柄両人を差し出し、人々を脇道へ外すよう取り計った留めあり。青山左京より相談につき、このように右御長柄の者は左京の願いにつき、此方にて申し付けたこと
