私仮預り川地忠左衛門組藤田長蔵与申者去冬御入人被仰付召抱申候然処兼而病身御座候而
武役等難相勤候ニ付段々遂吟味候処病身ニ相違無御座依之私存を以召抱候者ニ御座候得者
前々之通形合を以取計可申儀ニ御座候得共右長蔵儀ハ養父十左衛門年来之勤功を以御擬作
嵩之場所へ御入人ニ被成下候者ニ御座候得ハ私切ニ取計仕候而ハ御憐愍之儀も相立不申様相成可
申儀其上如在も無御座趣故於私も不便之儀と奉存候間右之段厚御評議之上御定年数相満

一寛政元酉十二月十八日御目付佐野主水組松尾直四郎先達而致自滅候跡御法も有之事故御役前ニ而ハ
乍存願申事ハ相成不申併養母始子共餲食之仕合ニ付同役共迄内願之趣御家老中へ申達自分

近来諸組之者共之内明跡召抱候節借銀高書出し之表過分ニ高借銀有之候尤家銀等之釣合を以程も
可有之事ニ候得ハ以来之儀ハ厚遂吟味取扱候様頭々江可被申通置候 御勘定所

一、文化八年未三月、左の通り口上書を差し出し、御家老中へ相達したところ勝手次第と申し聞かされ、その段を六郎兵衛へ相達した
私が仮預かりしている川地忠左衛門組藤田長蔵という者は去冬御入人を仰せ付けられ召し抱えましたが、かねてより病身でございまして武役等を相勤めることが困難なため、段々吟味いたしましたところ病身に相違ございません。よって私の判断で召し抱えた者でございますので、前々の通り慣例をもって取り計らうべきことでございますが、右長蔵は養父十左衛門の年来の勤功をもって御擬作の重要な場所へ御入人にしていただいた者でございますので、私が勝手に取り計らいしましては御憐愍のこともうまくいかなくなるかもしれません。その上身寄りもございません趣なので、私としても気の毒なことと存じますので、右の段を厚く御評議の上、御定年数を満たした組の者の跡式同様のお取り扱いにもしていただけますなら、養父十左衛門が養育した長蔵の身内の者を召し抱えたく願い奉ります。右の趣旨をよろしくお取り計らいください。以上 外に長蔵口上書があります
三月 江口源左衛門様 平岡六郎兵衛
一、文化十年酉閏十一月、御作事奉行小木藤右衛門が左の通り口上書を差し出し、御家老中へ相伺いしたところ、願いの通り取り扱うよう申し聞かされた
私の組の伊藤次左衛門は当職掛を相勤めております。右次左衛門の息子和太郎は十俵取り組下代を相勤めている者でございますが、身持ちがよろしくなく思慮のない行いがありましたため、文化七年午年にご報告申し上げ、御扶持を取り上げられました。その節、親の次左衛門が相願いしてご報告申し上げ、京都五条通松屋喜兵衛という者の方へ諫めのために指し遣わして置きましたが、只今では心底が直り、呼び取って面倒を見たく相願いしますので、願いの通り仰せ付けていただきますよう、私が願い奉ります。これらの趣旨をよろしく御評議ください。以上
小木藤右衛門
一、享和三年亥六月二十四日、御先物頭平岡金左衛門組の者が御献上宰領を仰せ付けられ江戸表へ参りましたが、これまで一人で参る慣例もございませんため、その上御荷物の軽い者が一人参ることは甚だ困難いたしますので、前々の通り二人仰せ付けくださるよう口上書をもって御目付まで差し出しましたので、評議の上御奉行へ相達したところ、さらにあちらで十分吟味させるべき旨でしたので、その段を金左衛門へ申し達しました
一、文化七年午四月十五日、御留守詰御持筒御先筒組が残らず中仙道通りで参りたい旨を先達てお伺いしましたので、先例を吟味いたしましたところ、去る寅年に御持組御先組が残らず中仙道通りで参ったことがありましたので、その通り申し渡したこと
一、寛政元年酉十二月十八日、御目付佐野主水組松尾直四郎が先達て自殺した跡は御法もあることなので、御役前では願い出ることはできませんが、ただし養母をはじめ子共が飢餓の状況にあるため、同役共まで内願の趣を御家老中へ申し達し、自分抱えを仰せ付けられたこと
一、天保十四年卯六月二十五日、御水主組吉川助八は昨年江戸表にて御門払いになった跡、御定株金を上納の上、自分抱えを仰せ付けられた

近来諸組の者共の内で跡継ぎを召し抱える節に借銀高を書き出す表に過分に高借銀があります。もっとも家銀等との釣り合いをもって程度もあることでしょうから、以来のことは厚く吟味して取り扱うよう頭々へ申し通しておくべきです 御勘定所

1. In the 3rd month of Bunka 8 (1811), the following written petition was submitted and communicated to the senior councilors, who replied it was at their discretion, and this was communicated to Rokurōbei:
Fujita Chōzō from Kawachi Chūzaemon's group, whom I temporarily oversee, was appointed as an official appointee last winter and employed. However, he has long been in poor health and cannot perform martial duties, so after repeated investigation, there is no doubt about his poor health. Since I employed him based on my own judgment, this should be handled according to previous precedent, but this Chōzō was appointed as an official to an important position in the construction department based on his adoptive father Jūzaemon's years of meritorious service. 3rd month To Eguchi Genzaemon Hiraoka Rokurōbei
1. In the intercalary 11th month of Bunka 10 (1813), Construction Magistrate Ogi Tōemon submitted the following written petition and consulted with the senior councilors, who instructed that it be handled as requested:
Itō Jizaemon from my group currently serves in an acting position. His son Watarō, who serves as a deputy for a ten-hyō stipend group member, conducted himself poorly and acted thoughtlessly, so in Bunka 7 (1810) I reported this and his stipend was revoked. At that time, his father Jizaemon petitioned and reported, sending him to Matsya Kihei on Gojō Street in Kyoto for moral instruction. Now his attitude has been corrected and I wish to recall him for care, so I petition that this be approved as requested. Please deliberate on these matters appropriately.
Ogi Tōemon
1. On the 24th day of the 6th month of Kyōwa 3 (1803), a member of Advanced Guard Commander Hiraoka Kinzaemon's group was appointed to supervise tribute offerings and went to Edo, but there was no precedent for going alone, and furthermore it would be extremely difficult for one person to go with light baggage, so a written petition was submitted to the inspector requesting two people be appointed as before. After deliberation, this was communicated to the magistrate, who said the matter should be thoroughly investigated there, so this was conveyed to Kinzaemon.
1. On the 15th day of the 4th month of Bunka 7 (1810), the entire Garrison Matchlock and Advanced Matchlock groups requested to travel via the Nakasendō route, so previous examples were investigated. Since there was a case in the previous Year of the Tiger when the entire Matchlock group and Advanced group traveled via Nakasendō, this was approved.
1. On the 18th day of the 12th month of Kansei 1 (1789), Matsuo Naoshirō from Inspector Sano Mondo's group committed suicide previously.
