ツヽ割宛雇之者へハ四匁五六匁まてに雇申由殊之外費ニ成申由相聞候自今村次ニ可申付事
一百姓共納所ハ盛之方多役人方へ音物贈物ニ大分費申候此儀ハ郡奉行代官其外へも
能々可申付事
一同日陰陽師説法僧放下師等之事町奉行郡奉行へ被仰渡候儀有之他所他国者往来之条

一宝暦十一巳年是迄壱万石ニ壱人之御定ニ而在方組頭有之候処当年ゟ被相止郡役所漆御
門前ニ被仰付委細諸役所之部ニ出之
一明和六丑年七月五日金津奉行三郡奉行へ於評定所被仰渡先達而被仰渡有之通金津奉行
下三人郡奉行壱人之下五人ツヽ相定ル大庄屋へ申渡覚
一今度在々〆り諸願吟味之為大庄屋被仰付候諸事願等有之候ハヽ遂吟味無依怙贔
屓御為を存下成立様取扱可申事
一在々耕作無油断御納所出精可為事
一在々至而身持宜心立正直ニ親ニ孝ある者常々遂吟味可相達候尤兼而被仰出候御
法式相背村之為ニ不相成者於有之ハ親疎之無隔可申達事
一御役儀を申立権威ニ募我意を立申間敷事
一御擬作弐拾俵ツヽ被下置候上ハ福井へ罷出候往来并逗留中諸失却自分ニ仕支配
下へ失却懸申間敷事
付願取次村〆り第一之事ニ候得ハ福井へ罷出儀数少ニ相成候様ニ可相心得候
一被仰出候御触事顕レ候配符指出シ表立候御用之外人足遣申間敷事
右之条々堅可相守者也
一在々へ配符ニ而申渡左之通
今度在々之為締大庄屋被仰付候依之 御上ゟ俵数弐拾俵ツヽ被下置候勤方之儀者
諸願吟味取次申筈候間大庄屋迄罷出可申達候少分之失却ニ而も在々へ懸ケ不申
事ニ候上納并諸盛銀米只今迄之通役所へ直納可申候近年無筋之願等も有之候得ハ
越度人も出来候儀御不便之趣を以右之通ニ候
一松岡ニ而も大庄屋壱人下領泥原新保浦ニ而同壱人右ハ下ゟ相願願之通被仰付右両方共
上ゟ被下物無之村方ゟ盛少も無之由

相願候仍之其身一代被下置候

小路村六郎兵衛与申者人柄宜近村引立村々致帰伏其上御内用向致出精候ニ付苗字
御免被成下候様御自分被相達候仍之其身一代名字御免被成候
現代語訳
ずつ割り当てて雇う者へは四匁五、六匁まで雇うとのことで、非常に費用がかかると聞いている。今後は村次で行うよう申し付けること。
一、百姓たちの納所は盛んな方が多く、役人方への音物・贈物に大分費用をかけている。この件は郡奉行・代官その他へもよく申し付けること。
一、同日、陰陽師・説法僧・放下師等のことについて町奉行・郡奉行へ仰せ渡されたことがあり、他所・他国者往来の条に出ている。
一、宝暦十一年(己年)、これまで一万石に一人のご定めで在方組頭があったところ、当年より廃止され、郡役所・漆御門前に仰せ付けられた。詳細は諸役所の部に出ている。
一、明和六年丑年七月五日、金津奉行・三郡奉行へ評定所において仰せ渡し。先だって仰せ渡しがあった通り、金津奉行の下三人、郡奉行一人の下五人ずつ定める。大庄屋へ申し渡す覚え。
一、今度在々締めのため諸願吟味のため大庄屋が仰せ付けられた。諸事願い等があれば吟味を遂げ、依怙贔屓なく御為を思い、下が成り立つよう取り扱うこと。
一、在々の耕作に油断なく、御納所出精すること。
一、在々で身持ちが非常によく、心立てが正直で親に孝行のある者は、常々吟味を遂げて申し達すこと。もっとも兼ねて仰せ出された御法式に背き、村のためにならない者があれば、親疎の隔てなく申し達すこと。
一、御役儀を申し立て権威に募り、我意を立ててはならないこと。
一、御擬作二十俵ずつ下され置かれた上は、福井へ出向く往来並びに逗留中の諸失却は自分で仕い、支配下へ失却をかけてはならないこと。
付け足し:願いの取次・村締めが第一のことであるから、福井へ出向くことは数少なくなるよう心得ること。
一、仰せ出された御触れ事が顕れた配符を指し出し、表立った御用の外は人足を遣ってはならないこと。
右の条々を堅く守ること。
一、在々へ配符で申し渡し、左の通り。
今度在々のため締めとして大庄屋が仰せ付けられた。これにより御上より俵数二十俵ずつ下され置かれた。勤め方については諸願吟味取次を申す筈であるから、大庄屋まで出向いて申し達すこと。少分の失却でも在々へかけないことである。上納並びに諸盛銀米は今まで通り役所へ直納すること。近年筋違いの願い等もあって、越度人も出来ることを御不便の趣をもって右の通りとする。
一、松岡でも大庄屋一人、下領・泥原・新保・浦でも同じく一人。右は下より相願い、願いの通り仰せ付けられた。右両方とも上より下され物はなく、村方より盛ることも少しもないとのこと。
一、文化三年寅三月、畳庄屋平兵衛という者が御宮御法事御用を勤めたため、桐御紋御上下を相願いした。これにより、その身一代下され置かれた。
一、同年六月二十日、中領郡奉行武田平大夫へ左の通り仰せ付けられた。
小路村六郎兵衛という者は人柄がよく、近村を引き立て村々を帰伏させ、その上御内用向に出精したため、苗字御免を下されるよう御自分で申し達された。これにより、その身一代名字御免とされた。

1. Instructions distributed to rural areas as follows:
This time, village headmen have been appointed to tighten control over rural areas. Accordingly, twenty hyō each have been granted from above. Regarding their duties, they are expected to examine and relay various petitions, so matters should be reported to the village headmen. Even small expenses should not be charged to rural areas. Tax payments and various levied silver and rice should continue to be paid directly to the office as before. In recent years, there have been improper petitions, leading to people committing offenses, so these arrangements have been made out of compassion.
1. In Matsuoka as well, one village headman, and in Shimoryō, Dōbara, Shimbo, and Ura, one each. These were appointed as requested from below. Both areas receive nothing from above and contribute very little from the villages.
1. In Bunka 3 (寅 year, 1806), third month, a person called Tatami Village Headman Heibei served in shrine ceremonial duties, so he petitioned for paulownia-crested formal wear. Accordingly, this was granted for his lifetime.
1. On June 20th of the same year, the following was ordered to Nakaryō District Magistrate Takeda Heidayū:
A person called Rokubei of Kōji Village has good character, has helped neighboring villages and brought various villages into submission, and moreover has been diligent in confidential duties. You personally recommended that he be granted permission to use a surname. Accordingly, he has been granted permission to use a family name for his lifetime.
