一同年四月五日在辺諸方猟場之儀郡奉行へ書付を以被申渡
覚
一御領分在辺諸方猟場之儀近年御吟味無之ニ付猥成義有之様相聞候間以後免札之面相守御法度之諸鳥取申間敷候并免札ニ無之殺生
道具堅取扱申間敷候右之趣相背候者曲事ニ可被仰付候但殺生道具之儀免札ニ無之綱等用ひ不申候而難成猟場も候ハヽ猟場役人へ
其段相願可申候御鷹方吟味之上可申付事
一近年猟場猟師相対致し請申儀 御免ニ候依之所ニより御鷹場筋紛敷吟味難成儀候間以後ハ請申度望之面々有之候ハヽ其猟場ゟ
請申者之仮名場所猟場役人へ可相達候御鷹方ニ而吟味之上可申付候 但侍中之儀ハ格別其外御扶持人ニ而も軽者共或ハ御家中
倍臣之者共請猟望之者候共以後御法度ニ候間堅相守可申候
右之趣支配下猟場之百姓共へ堅被申付証文取置可被申候以上

一延享四卯三月十一日御奉行へ鉄炮屋勘助儀勝手困窮渇命之折ニ相成候由岩上梶大夫相達候此者之儀ハ最前松岡ニ而御切米も被下候者之儀其上御武具
方ゟ御細工も申付御用ニも立申者ニ付年々八俵ツヽ被下置筈ニ候其段岩上梶大夫へも申渡候尤御扶持被下候と申ニハ無之旨左様可相心得旨」右之
趣御目付共も先達而相達候ニ付右之通被仰付候段御目付奈良権左衛門へ申聞之
一弘化元辰十一月五日本多弥六伺 糺村藤右衛門」右是迄新米致献上来候処此度御趣意ニ付向後不及差上旨被仰出候ニ付尚又被下米ニ
不拘是迄之通献上仕度旨相願候得共難及御取揚然処藤右衛門奇特之者旁袴椽上年頭御礼御往来御目見等都而是迄之通代々
献上仕候家格ニ被成下候様若重而御用被仰付候而も無御指支献上仕度旨願之趣ニ付郡奉行伺置候処伺之通其身一代被指免候旨被仰出候

一 享保十四年九月十一日、以下の通り覚書をもって仲間に伝達するよう、郡奉行月番の彦坂又兵衛に対し酒井与三左衛門が申し渡した。

九月
一 同年四月五日、在郷諸地域の猟場について、郡奉行に書付をもって申し渡された。
覚
一 領内在郷諸地域の猟場について、近年検査が行われていないため、みだりなことが行われている様子が聞こえてくる。今後は免許札の内容を守り、法度の諸鳥を捕ってはならない。また免許札のない殺生道具を厳しく取り扱ってはならない。これに背く者は処罰する。ただし殺生道具について、免許札がなく網等を用いなければ成り立たない猟場もある場合は、猟場役人にその旨を願い出ること。御鷹方で検討の上で許可する。
一 近年猟場の猟師が相対で請け負うことを許可している。これにより場所によっては御鷹場筋で紛らわしく検査が困難になっている。今後は請け負いたい希望者がいる場合は、その猟場から請け負う者の仮名・場所を猟場役人に伝えること。御鷹方で検討の上で許可する。ただし武士については別格とし、その他御扶持人でも軽輩や御家中陪臣の者で請猟を望む者がいても、今後は法度とするので厳しく守ること。
右の趣旨を支配下猟場の百姓らに厳しく申し付け、誓約書を取っておくこと。以上
四月
一 延享四年三月十一日、御奉行へ。鉄砲屋勘助の件で、生活が困窮し切迫した状況になっていると岩上梶大夫が報告した。この者については以前松岡で御切米も下されていた者で、その上御武具方から御細工も申し付けられ御用にも立つ者のため、年々八俵ずつ下されることになった。その旨を岩上梶大夫にも申し渡した。なお御扶持を下すということではない旨、そのように心得ること。右の趣旨を御目付らも先日伝達したため、右の通り仰せ付けられた旨を御目付奈良権左衛門に申し聞かせた。
一 弘化元年十一月五日、本多弥六の伺い。糺村藤右衛門は、これまで新米を献上してきたが、この度の御趣意により今後は差し上げる必要がないと仰せ出されたにもかかわらず、さらに被下米に関わらずこれまで通り献上したいと願い出たが、採用は困難である。しかし藤右衛門は奇特な者であり、袴着用、縁側での年頭御礼、往来での御目見等、すべてこれまで通り代々献上してきた家格とされるよう、また重ねて御用が仰せ付けられても支障なく献上したいとの願いの趣旨により、郡奉行が伺いを立てていたところ、伺いの通りその身一代に限り許可するとの仰せが出た。

9th month
1. On the 5th day of the 4th month of the same year, instructions were given in writing to the district magistrate regarding hunting grounds in various rural areas.
Memorandum
1. Regarding hunting grounds in various rural areas within the domain, as there have been no inspections in recent years, it has been heard that improper activities are taking place. Hereafter, observe the content of hunting licenses and do not capture prohibited birds. Also, strictly regulate hunting tools without proper licenses. Those who violate this will be punished. However, if there are hunting grounds where certain tools like nets are necessary but unlicensed, petition the hunting ground officials. The falconry department will consider and grant permission.
1. In recent years, hunters have been permitted to contract hunting grounds directly with each other. This has created confusion in some falcon hunting areas, making inspection difficult. Hereafter, when there are those who wish to contract, they must report the contractor's alias and location from that hunting ground to the hunting ground officials. The falconry department will consider and grant permission. However, samurai are treated separately, and for others including stipend recipients, lower ranks, or retainers of household members who wish to contract hunting, this is henceforth prohibited and must be strictly observed.
The above instructions should be strictly conveyed to farmers in hunting grounds under your jurisdiction, and written pledges should be obtained. End

1. On the 11th day of the 3rd month of Enkyō 4 (1747), to the magistrate: Iwagami Kajidayū reported that gunsmith Kansuke was in dire financial straits. This person had previously received rice stipend at Matsuoka and was commissioned for metalwork by the weapons department, being useful for official duties, so it was arranged that eight koku would be granted annually. This was also communicated to Iwagami Kajidayū. Note that this does not constitute granting a stipend. Since the inspectors had also conveyed this previously, Inspector Nara Gonzaemon was informed that these instructions had been issued.

On the 5th day of the 11th month of Kōka 1 (1844), inquiry by Honda Yaroku: Fujisaemon of Tadasu village had been offering new rice as tribute, but was told that such offerings were no longer necessary due to current policy. Nevertheless, he petitioned to continue offering tribute as before regardless of rice grants, but this could not be accepted. However, as Fujisaemon is a commendable person, it was requested that he maintain his hereditary status allowing him to wear hakama, give New Year greetings on the veranda, receive audiences while traveling, etc., all as before, and that he be allowed to continue offerings without hindrance even if assigned official duties again. The district magistrate had made this inquiry, and permission was granted for his lifetime only as requested.
