（急難の者共）への御救いとして、御巡郷（順郷）をなさいました。
御手代 米山冨之丞様
御同心 小林土岐之丞様
御手当として、籾（もみ）七俵、または六俵・四俵・二俵（と被害の程度に応じて）下し置かれ、莫大な御恩、有り難い次第でございます。
そういうわけで、松本様（松本藩）においては、善光寺御開帳並びに稲荷山辺りの所々にて急難に遭った者（が）帰りの節、安原口において施行（せぎょう）をなさいました。極めて難儀（な者の）

軽重（の程度）によって、着物・帯・食物・金銭・笠・わらじ等に至るまで、御領分・御預所の者はもちろん、国々島々の者までにも下されました。このことは遠近に響いたとのことです。
なお、水入りの時節には御領分へ御触れがあり（次のような内容でした）。「松代御領分にて水入りの場所の者が当領分へ参り、極めて難渋の者であれば、村名・名前も糺（ただ）し、食物を当てがって飢えぬよう、露命を助けるべきこと。その入用（については）帳面にいたし、差し出すべき旨（を）仰せ出された。」御思し召しのほど、恐れ入り感服いたします。聞く人（は）涙を流しました。

In this way, the Matsumoto domain also conducted charitable distributions (segyō) at Yasuhara-guchi for those who had suffered acute hardship in various places around the Zenkō-ji temple's special opening ceremony (o-kaichō) and the Inariyama area, as they were making their way home. Furthermore, during the season of flooding, an official notice was issued to the domain's territory (to the following effect): "Should persons from flood-affected areas of the Matsushiro domain come to this domain's territory and be found to be in extreme distress, their village names and personal names shall be verified, food shall be provided so they do not go hungry, and their lives shall be preserved.
