As stated above, at the government office through the intermediary of Izawa Gyōsuke,
this was delivered on the 26th day of the 12th month of the Year of the Rat, and a receipt
was prepared and submitted by Shōtarō at 1 wari commission.
Returning with addresses to both officials of the clerical department,
the same night it was distributed among the town representatives of the 5 towns as follows:
