乍恐口上書之覚
一 油粕六駄飯田町二軒屋伝左衛門行高遠附出ニ
万屋文右衛門荷主冨屋幸七右六駄之内三駄
中馬日影村弥惣治同三駄大嶋村八郎治と
申者共ニ指送り申候所飯嶋村ニ而指押申候ニ付
段々断仕候得共何分ニも聞届ヶ不申候故
預ヶ置罷帰申候其後荷主飯嶋村江罷越申候而
詮儀仕候所荷物之儀市田村迄差送り留置
申候趣御座候右之通差障御座候而ハ此上
甚難儀至極仕候以御慈悲前々仕来
之通被為 仰付被下置候ハヽ難有仕合

恐れながら口上書の覚え
一、油粕六駄、飯田町二軒屋伝左衛門行き、高遠出荷にて、万屋文右衛門荷主、富屋幸七。右六駄のうち三駄は中馬日影村弥総治、同じく三駄は大島村八郎治と申す者どもに送らせ申したところ、飯島村にて差し押さえを申してまいりました。段々とお断りいたしましたが、何分にも聞き届けてもらえませんので、預け置いて帰って参りました。その後、荷主が飯島村へ出向いて交渉いたしましたところ、荷物の件につきまして市田村まで送って留め置き申すとの趣旨でございます。右の通り差し障りがございましては、この上甚だ難儀至極いたします。ご慈悲をもって、以前からの仕来たり通りにお仰せ付けくださいますならば、有り難い仕合せと存じます。以上。

Respectful Memorial Record
Item: Six pack loads of oil cake, bound for Dennzaemon of Nikenya in Iida town, shipped from Takato. Cargo owner: Bunemeon of Man'ya, Kozō of Tomiya. Of these six loads, three loads were entrusted to Yasōji of Hikage village and three loads to Hachirōji of Ōshima village, both pack horse operators. When they attempted transport, Iijima village imposed a seizure. Despite repeated negotiations, they would not listen to our appeals at all, so we had to leave the goods in storage and return. Subsequently, the cargo owner went to Iijima village to negotiate, whereupon they stated that the goods would be transported only as far as Ichida village and held there. With such obstacles as described above, we face extreme hardship going forward. With your compassion, if you would issue orders according to previous customs, we would consider it a most grateful blessing. The above.
