高遠町から飯田町へ送る油粕の中馬荷物を飯島村にて差し押さえられましたので、書付にて吟味をお願い申し上げましたところ、追って松島村へお越しになり、双方をお呼び出しになってご詮議を遂げられる予定です。それまでの間、高遠出荷物の差し押さえを行ってはならない旨を飯島村へお申し渡しになり、そのご書付を持参して届けるようにとのお申し渡しがございました。右のご書付一封をお渡しくださり、確かにお受け取りいたしました。帰村いたしまして早速相違なく申し伝えます。よって書付をもってお請けを申し上げます。以上

In response, you will proceed to Matsushima village, summon both parties, and conduct deliberations. Until that time, an order has been issued to Iijima village that they must not seize cargo shipped from Takato, and we have been instructed to deliver this written order to them. We have received one sealed copy of said written order and acknowledge its receipt with certainty. We shall return to our village and promptly communicate this without fail. Therefore, we respectfully acknowledge receipt through this written statement. The above.
