胎内（たいない）よりうけて出生（しゆつしやう）し。いとけなき時 頭（つむり）面（かほ）其外へ
瘡瘍（できもの）を発（はつ）し。鼻梁（はなばしら）崩隕（かけおつる）のたぐひもあり。世人は
小児の胎内（たいない）よりうけきたる瘡瘍（そうよう）ゆへ。胎毒（たいどく）〳〵と
一様（いちやう）称（せう）すれども。其中に瘡毒の胎毒おほき
なり。かく子孫（しそん）につたふる所は。まつたく癩病（らいびやう）の
血脈（ちすぢ）をひき伝（つた）ふにひとし。又瘡毒病人を看病（かんひやう）

ある病。臭気（わるきかほり）のある病は伝染することあり。これ気の

分別（ふんべつ）せず。山帰来（さんきらい）を主薬（しゆやく）とし。補気（ほき）補血（ほけつ）の剤（くすり）を
用ることは。かりにもなきこととおもひ。此病といへば

血筋を引き継ぐのと同じである。また瘡毒の病人を看病

するため、世間の人は疥癬を忌み嫌うけれども、この病気が
