乍恐差上申一札之事
一此度火山村花島谷御林不残御払ニ付代金
五十十壱両壱分ニ而頂戴仕候処御上納之儀ハ来ル
十二月十五日三十両納残金之儀ハ卯十二月十五日納ニ
仕度年季之儀ハ三ケ年ト御定被成下候様奉願上候
万一本人滞候得者請人引受急度御上納可仕候
為後日御請奉書上候以上

恐れながら差し上げ申し上げる一札の件
一、この度火山村花島谷の御林を残らず御払い下げいただくことにつき、代金五十一両一分を頂戴いたしましたところ、御上納の件は来る十二月十五日に三十両を納め、残金の件は卯年（翌年）十二月十五日に納めたく、年季の件は三ヶ年とお定めいただけますよう、お願い申し上げます。万一本人が滞った場合は、請人が引き受けて必ず御上納いたします。後日の証拠のため、御請書を差し上げます。以上

A Respectful Petition Document
Regarding the complete sale of the forest in Hanashima Valley, Hizan Village, we have received a payment of fifty-one ryō and one bu. We respectfully request that the payment to the authorities be arranged as follows: thirty ryō to be paid on the coming December 15th, with the remaining amount to be paid on December 15th of the Year of the Rabbit (following year). We humbly request that the term be set at three years. Should the principal party default on payment, the guarantor will take responsibility and ensure prompt payment to the authorities. We submit this written guarantee for future reference. The above.
