一 当村御林西之方之境ハ尾ね脇之下道通ニ
古来ゟ相極申所ニ先年池田笹右衛門殿御林御改ニ
御廻り被成候節も罷出拙者持分之由申上村
役人共御呼被成委細ニ御吟味御詮儀被成候処ニ
偽り申上其節急度曲事ニ可被仰付候
処ニ村役人共様々ニ御訴訴治申上所左衛門持分と
偽申上切荒之通何分ニも松木植立可申

一、当村の御林西の方の境は、尾根脇の下道通りに古来より相極め申すところに、先年池田笹右衛門殿が御林の御改めにお回りになられた節も罷り出て、拙者の持分である由申し上げ、村役人共をお呼びになられ委細に御吟味御詮議になられたところに、偽り申し上げ、その節きっと曲事に仰せ付けられるべきところに、村役人共が様々に御訴え申し上げ、所左衛門持分と偽り申し上げ切り荒らしの通り、何分にも松の木を植え立てるべく申し
