ニ而山守共又者村中惣百姓男女子共迄不申付而
差置候故御林猥粗麁末罷成苗木等も生立不申
大小之木ニかきらす極印も無御座二三年柴之
切蕪ハ不及申ニ頃日之新敷切蕪等御座候而
此度逢御吟味ニ申山守ハ不及申村役人者日頃
油断故■御不審之御しかり可申様も無御座自今

によって山守共また村中総百姓男女子供まで申し付けずに差し置いた故、御林が猥りに粗末になり、苗木等も生い立ち申さず、大小の木に限らず極印もございません。二三年の柴の切り株は申すに及ばず、頃日の新しい切り株等もございまして、この度御吟味に逢い申すには、山守は申すに及ばず村役人は日頃油断の故、[黒塗り]御不審の御叱りを申すようもございません。自今、村中総百姓男女子供まで急度申し付け候て、山守の外は柴刈り木葉掻きを申さないよう、下薮木下草刈りにても一切入り申すまじく候。もし不届け者がございましたら、御林の内へ参り候て木薮柴刈り木の葉刈り候者がございましたら、見及び聞き及び次第参り候てよき鉈鎌を押し取り、その者も搦め置き候て早速御仰せを申し上げるべく候。もしまた地領の者が参り候て不届けを仕り候はば、持ち道具ばかり届け置き候て、その者をば少しも傷め申さず、名前をよく承り届け候て、その村名主方へ急度断り置き申すべく候。もし見逃し聞き逃しを仕り候て重ねて御改めの筋御吟味に逢い申し訳が有り難い者は、山守は
