不及申ニ村役人迄何分之曲事ニも可被仰付事
一 御林之内風折たおれ木立枯木御座候ハヽ是又
早々御註進可申上候山守ハ不及申ニ村役人たり共
御断なく内証自由成義仕間敷候事
右之通此度御改御吟味之上被仰聞候趣一々承知仕候
村中惣百姓ハ不及申ニうばやも女子共家来等迄
急度申付候而御林之内え一切入申間敷候若村中ニ
壱人ニ而も不承と申候而御林之内え参候而不届
仕候者御座候ハヽ御詮義之上山守ハ不及申村役人迄
何分之曲事ニも可被仰付候為後日名主組頭長百姓

申すに及ばず、村役人まで何分の曲事にも仰せ付けられるべき事
一 御林の内、風折れ・倒れ木・立枯木がございましたら、これもまた早々御注進申し上げるべく候。山守は申すに及ばず、村役人たりとも御断りなく内証で自由な義を仕るまじく候事
右の通り、この度の御改め御吟味の上仰せ聞かされ候趣、一々承知仕り候。村中総百姓は申すに及ばず、姥や女子供、家来等まで急度申し付け候て、御林の内へ一切入り申すまじく候。もし村中に一人にても「承知しない」と申し候て御林の内へ参り候て不届きを仕る者がございましたら、御詮議の上、山守は申すに及ばず村役人まで何分の曲事にも仰せ付けられるべく候。後日のため、名主・組頭・長百姓・山守判を願い仕り、差し上げ申すところ件の如し

Article: If there are trees broken by wind, fallen trees, or dead standing trees within the government forest, we shall also promptly report these matters. Not only the mountain guards, but even village officials must not act freely in private matters without official permission.
As stated above, we have understood every detail of what has been declared to us following this inspection and investigation. We will strictly instruct not only all the peasants in the village, but also the elderly women, women and children, and servants, so that they shall absolutely not enter the government forest. If even one person in the village claims "I did not know" and enters the government forest committing violations, after investigation, not only the mountain guards but also the village officials shall be subject to whatever punishment may be decreed. For future reference, we respectfully submit this document with the seals of the village headman, group leader, senior peasant, and mountain guard, as stated herein.
