吹聴今日九ツ時ニ和泉守殿御宅え一類同道
罷出候様病気ニ候ハヽ名代可差出候段右ニ付

差越候間承知致候旨相答候
一 御老中方登 城済を下馬附人致し置
一 附人四ツ半え壱寸五分廻りニ戻候
一 九ツ時前ニ供揃正九ツ時出宅服紗小袖横麻
半袴着用和泉守殿御宅え罷越候大勝手え
罷通り公用人を呼出候處公用人中川善右衛門

一、昨夕、丹羽長之助より留守居役の使者を通じて御用召しの
知らせがあり、今日九つ時（正午頃）に和泉守殿のお屋敷へ一族と共に
出向くよう、もし病気の場合は名代を差し出すようにとのこと。これに関して
名代の依頼および奉書の写し、その他の回勤口上書を
送ってきたので、承知した旨を返答した。
一、御老中方の登城が済んだことを下馬の番人に確認させておいた
一、番人は四つ半時（午前11時頃）に一寸五分回り（約4.5cm）戻った
一、九つ時前に供回りを整え、正九つ時に出宅。服紗小袖に横麻の
半袴を着用して和泉守殿のお屋敷へ向かった。大勝手口を
通って公用人を呼び出したところ、公用人は中川善右衛門

1. Last evening, through a messenger from the caretaker official, Niwa Chōnosuke sent word of an official summons,
instructing to come to Izumi-no-kami's residence at the ninth hour (around noon) today accompanied by family members,
and if ill, to send a representative instead. Regarding this matter,
he sent a request for representation, a copy of the formal letter, and other circular duty reports,
so I replied that I understood.
1. Had the stable attendant confirm that the Senior Councilors had completed their castle attendance
1. The attendant returned at the fourth and half hour (around 11 AM) having moved one sun and five bu around (approx. 4.5cm)
