和尚の土蔵を建てしこと及十八世戒田和尚の代
に内藤駿河守頼寧公より田地を賜ひしこと
かりし
なとは中々に其徳の高《見せ消ち：き》を窺ふに足らむ
猶現代及将来の住僧も其徳を積みて当
院のむかしに恥ちぬことをいそしまれまほしく
こそ
当院は古来数個の末寺をを有ちしか今は二個
の末寺即ち法恩山洞泉寺安居山正隨寺と
二百余の檀徒とを有てる小本寺なり今や
明治の大御代と共に御法の道のいやひらけゆく
時にしあれは今より龍澤山桂泉院は二個
の末山と多くの檀徒とを有てる曹洞宗小本

仏祖宗祖は申すもかしこし開祖及累世住
僧の遺徳をあふき名にしおふ桂井の水乃
清く絶えせぬか如く行末久に伝へゆかまほ

当院伝来の宝物及其由緒等は左の如し
一、薬師如来立像 壱躰
是薬師如来の御像は木質にして御長
弐尺四寸あり行基菩薩の御作に係る
元当院末寺北洞山高清寺の本尊なり

和尚が土蔵を建てたこと、および十八世戒田和尚の代に内藤駿河守頼寧公より田地を賜ったことなどは、なかなかにその徳の高さを窺うに足るものである。
なお現代および将来の住職も、その徳を積んで当院の昔に恥じないことに励まれることを願うものである。
当院は古来数個の末寺を有していたが、今は二個の末寺、すなわち法恩山洞泉寺、安居山正隨寺と、二百余の檀徒とを有する小本寺である。今や明治の大御代とともに仏法の道がますます開けていく時にあるので、今より龍澤山桂泉院は二個の末山と多くの檀徒とを有する曹洞宗小本

寺の格式を保って衆生の信仰を空しくせず、仏祖宗祖は申すもおそれ多いが、開祖および歴代住職の遺徳を仰ぎ、名にし負う桂井の水の清く絶えないように、行く末久しく伝えていきたいものである。ああ尊いことよ。
附録
当院伝来の宝物およびその由緒等は左の通りである。

built a storehouse, and that in the time of the eighteenth-generation Monk Kaiden, rice fields were granted by Lord Naitō Suruga-no-kami Yoriyasu - these achievements are quite sufficient to glimpse the height of their virtue.
It is hoped that present and future resident monks will also accumulate virtue and strive not to shame the past of our temple.
Our temple has possessed several branch temples since ancient times, but now it is a small head temple having two branch temples - namely Hōonzan Tōsenji and Ankyozan Shōzuiji - along with over two hundred parishioners. Now, in this great era of Meiji, when the Way of Buddha's Law is increasingly flourishing, from now on Ryūtakuzan Keisenjin, as a small head temple of the Sōtō sect possessing two branch temples and many parishioners,

shall maintain the dignity of a temple and not disappoint the faith of all sentient beings. While it is reverent to speak of the Buddha ancestors and sect patriarchs, we look up to the inherited virtue of the founding patriarch and successive generations of resident monks, and wish to transmit this legacy for a long time into the future, just as the famous Katsurai spring water flows clear and never ceases. How venerable this is!
Appendix
The treasures handed down at our temple and their origins are as follows:
1. Standing statue of Yakushi Nyorai (Medicine Buddha) - One body
This statue of Yakushi Nyorai is made of wood and measures two feet and four inches in height. It is attributed to the work of Gyōki Bosatsu.
It was originally the principal image of Hokutōzan Kōseiji, a former branch temple of our temple.
