居けるを田中呼懸爰に御出候へと云て之間にて
大田之帯を脇指にて押切り漸として火をもみけしぬ
大田は目暗(くら之）心も不忘打臥けり胴之間に有ける帆
或は水主能い着類に火付ける故水主とも汐水を汲
み掛り？うつと太田はだは五躰にて打臥けれは
五躰に塩水しみわたり猶更たけり廻りけり田中も
同前之怪我なれ共少々軽けれは大田に心を付鼻
紙袋より薬を取出し呑せけり右薬若し火入験動せし
時拾六七人之加子一度に海に逃入類船におよぎ着けり

船舟は太田船におびたた敷火音聞へ火の手見へける故に
船船一所に漕寄見れは石（朱字 右）之仕合也皆々文九朗い

？に逢次第を有増語る扨右之海に入し小役人岡本元太
夫乗船近くに流れ寄し故岡本加子に下知して熊手鳶（朱字 手鳶）
口等に而引揚させ若未息は通はす哉と見けれとも
はやひつ死切りけり船にのせ慈の嶋へつれ可行（朱字 返り点）といへば
船付殊之外嫌り断言し故岡本並間幾右衛門云なだ
