と同義（どうぎ）也。すべて生（しやう）あるもの。生々（せい〳〵）自然（しぜん）の理（り）にかなはざ
るはなし。ちか〳〵その理（り）をいはんに。草木（そうもく）に花（はな）のひらくも。
初（はじめ）てつぼみを結（むすぶ）より。日（ひ）にまし夜（よ）にふとりて。それ〳〵
にその形（かたち）をなす。またその核（たね）をうえて芽（め）を生（しやう）ずるも。
たとへ石田（いしぢ）塉地（やせぢ）といへども。自然（しぜん）にもえいづるものなり。
また野山（のやま）にすめる狐（きつね）狸（たぬき）鹿（しか）猿（さる）。人家（じんか）になれし牛馬（うしうま）
犬猫（いぬねこ）にてもしるべし。みな外（ほか）よりたすくることなく。いと
安々（やす〳〵）と産（さん）する也。諸鳥（しよてう）もまた同（おな）じ。しかるに人（ひと）は万物（ばんぶつ）の

かへりて自然（しぜん）の理（り）にそむきて。身持（みもち）不養生（ふやうじやう）に。はらめる
月（つき）より。うまるゝ日（ひ）にいたるまで。起居（たちゐ）つねのごとくならず。
心のうちゆたかならずして。難産（なんざん）のうれひをまねき。鳥（とり）獣（けもの）
にもおとれるは。はづべき事ならずや。世（よ）の人（ひと）よくこの理（り）
をわきまへて。安産（あんさん）をとぐるこそ専要（せんいやう）なるべけれ。

と同じ意味である。すべて生命あるものは、生々自然の理に適わないものはない。身近なその理を説明すると、草木に花が開くのも、初めてつぼみを結んでから、日ごとに夜ごとに太って、それぞれにその形をなす。またその種を植えて芽を生じるのも、たとえ石地や痩せ地といえども、自然にもえ出づるものである。また野山に住む狐・狸・鹿・猿、人家に慣れた牛馬・犬猫でも分かるであろう。みな外から助けることなく、とても安々と出産するのである。諸鳥もまた同じである。しかるに人は万物の霊長であって、生きるものの中で最も尊いものであるのに。

かえって自然の理に背いて、妊娠中の身の持ち方が不養生で、妊娠した月から生まれる日に至るまで、起居が普通のようでなく、心の内が豊かでなくて、難産の憂いを招き、鳥獣にも劣るのは、恥ずべきことではないか。世の人はよくこの理を理解して、安産を遂げることこそ最も重要であろう。
