🈩新生児を取り上げることについて
子供が生まれ出たら、産婆は心得て、絹を指に巻き、手早く口の中の悪血を拭い、のどへ流れ込まないようにすべきである。また綿や柔らかな絹で顔を拭い、口の中へ悪露が入らないようにすべきである。このようにすれば、疱瘡（天然痘）が出ることが少なく、また百病を生じないと、全嬰心法に記されている。もとより新生児を取り上げるのは、産婦の様子を見合わせて、心静かに準備すべきである。まず子供を傷つけないことと、母親を驚かせない
