○厳寒の時にも、火気の強い炬燵で温めるのは良くない。人の懐で温めるのが良い。また頭巾を着せることは避けるべきである。たとえ着せるとしても、綿を入れないものを用いるべきである。
○生まれた子を育てることを大切にしすぎるのは、常に幃帳の中でのみ育て、あるいは人々が代わる代わる抱き合って、しばしも下に置かなければ、かえって気血が巡らずして、肌が痩せて病気を生ずるのである。そこで『千金方』には、天気が暖かな日は、子を抱き出して、風にも当て日も見せ
