【右丁】 肥前田助ゟ松嶋へ十八里 十九日天気能候へとも汐時悪敷候付四時頃迄見合同刻 田助浦出船追風宜七半時頃松嶋へ着船 肥前松嶋ゟ長崎へ十三里 廿日天気能六時頃松嶋出船八半時頃長崎表へ着船  但松平肥前守殿漕船役船とも四拾六艘外関船弐艘 廿一日同所奉行衆指支之品有之候に付唐人引渡之儀今日延引 廿二日天気能唐船幷唐人共引渡之儀今日四時頃此方数人 不残唐船へ乗組あの方役人立合無故障引渡相済 候事 【左丁】 廿三日天気能阿蘭陀屋敷唐人屋敷其外唐寺等 一見いたし候事 廿四日天気能同所役掛り之者へ御金被下之余封持参 に而同所奉行衆へ罷出候事 廿五日天気能出帆之筈に候得共御用多に付上陸之役人 七ツ時頃護送船へ乗組最早夜入候に付同所に而滞船 廿六日天気能候得共大西風強く候に付七ツ時少し和き候に付同 所出船壱里程罷越神前与申処着舟 謝 大官人台下身等雖天風漂至
