恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げ奉る件について
私の息子与兵衛は生活が困窮しておりますところ、この度藤沢郷野笹村での郷歩（測量）のお奉公に出すべき人に都合が悪くなったということで、依頼を受けました。つきましては、この郷歩のお奉公に出したく存じますので、お願い申し上げます。
右の趣旨について、ご慈悲をもって願い上げます通りお聞き届けいただけましたなら、ありがたき仕合わせに存じます。以上
