恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げる件
一、私が所持している質株（金融業の営業権）が不都合につき商売が成り立たず困っております。つきましては下町の吉田屋藤兵衛方へ10年間、右の株を預け、同人の方で商売をしていただきたく存じます。よって願い上げます。
右の趣旨について、ご慈悲をもって願い上げます通りお聞き届けいただけましたら、ありがたい仕合いと存じます。以上
