存候依之奉願上候

右の願書を25日に御役所にて中山磯右衛門殿のお取次ぎで差し上げたところ、「貸借で商売をする例もない。売り切り■または利平治名目で商売をする、両方のうちから決めて願い出るように」とお仰せ下され、願書のお下げ戻しとなった。
