私は生活が困窮しており生計を立てることが困難なため、この度江戸三田三丁目の信濃屋幾蔵のもとへ、当酉年（嘉永2年）3月から10年間の年季奉公に出向きたいと思います。つきましては、右年限中の宗門改めを免除していただけますよう願い上げます。
右の趣旨について、御慈悲をもって願い上げました通りお取り計らいいただけましたら、ありがたい幸せと存じます。以上

Therefore, I request that the religious census inspection be waived during this period.
Regarding the above matter, if you would graciously grant my petition as requested, I would be most grateful. The above.
