恐れながら口上書をもってお願い申し上げる件
松平伊豆守様の城下町吉田鍛冶町の八右衛門という者が、私のところに越してきて鎌の商売をしておりましたが、病気になったため、この度から商売をやめたいと思います。つきましては、お願い申し上げます。
右の趣旨について、ご慈悲をもってお願い申し上げる通りにお取り計らいいただけましたら、ありがたい次第と存じます。以上
