一御膳酒壱升

右之通売出し申度奉存候以上
酉十二月 町酒屋共
右願書十二日於御役所ニ而中山磯右衛門殿御取次ニ而差上置申候処御沙太無之
正月十日相伺候所十二月晦日沙汰致候心得ニ付右晦日申渡候心得ニ而可申付

一、御膳酒一升
代金百九十文
右の通り売り出したく存じます。以上
酉十二月 町酒屋共
右の願書を十二日に御役所において中山磯右衛門殿のお取り次ぎで差し上げておきましたところ、お沙汰がなく、
正月十日に伺ったところ、十二月晦日に沙汰をする心得につき、右晦日に申し渡す心得で申し付けるとのこと。

もっとも値段は新酒願いの通り据え置き、
並酒一升代金百十四文と
仰せ付けられました。
正月十日小野屋宗兵衛を呼んで申し渡しました。
恐れながら口上書をもってお願い申し上げます御事
私は当酉年より麹商売をいたしたく、これにより
お願い申し上げます。

右の趣旨、御慈悲をもってお願い申し上げます通りお仰せ付け
いただけますならば、ありがたい仕合わせと存じます。以上

右の願書を十七日に御役所において伊沢新十殿に差し上げておきましたところ、
二十日に御役所においてご承知いただき、二十一日に保田伝右衛門殿のお宅に印形を持参するよう
お沙汰につき、丁代中に申し置きました。
