去午四月駅法御改正以来確証有之人足
帳ヲ以テ駅逓寮幷諸向出張先ヨリ差立候御用
状御用物賃銭当七月迄之分可下渡候
条夜行継立等巨細仕訳致シ各管轄限リ
別紙雛形ノ振合ヲ以取調来ル十月迄ニ可
差出尤八月以来ノ分ハ一ケ月限取調翌月
廿日迄ニ駅村継ヲ以直ニ駅逓寮江差出候様
可申渡旨御達之趣承知仕候以上

昨年4月の駅法改正以来、確証のある人足帳をもって、駅逓寮並びに諸方面の出張先より差し立てた公用書状・公用物の賃銭について、当年7月までの分を支払うべきである。
条件として、夜行継立等の詳細を仕分けし、各管轄区域内において別紙雛形の形式に従って取り調べ、来る10月までに提出すること。なお8月以降の分については1ヶ月限りで取り調べ、翌月20日までに駅村継を通じて直接駅逓寮へ提出するよう
申し渡すべき旨のご通達の趣旨を承知いたしました。以上

Since the postal station law reform in April of last year, regarding the wages for official correspondence and official goods dispatched from the Ekitei-ryo (Postal Administration) and various outposts, payments shall be made for the period up to July of this year, based on verified porter records.
The conditions are that details such as night relay services shall be categorized, investigated within each jurisdictional area according to the format of the attached template, and submitted by the coming October. For records from August onward, they shall be investigated within one month and submitted directly to the Ekitei-ryo through station-village relay by the 20th of the following month.
We acknowledge the directive instructing us to issue the above orders.
