　　右大将様え御祝儀申上に不及候出仕有之
　　万石以上之面々并病気幼少にて出仕無之
　　輩も山城守宅え以使者御祝儀可申上候在国
　　在所之面々は飛札可差越候事

現代語訳

一、今日出仕した面々について
右大将様へのお祝い申し上げは必要ありませんが、出仕はすること。万石以上の面々、並びに病気や幼少により出仕しない者たちも、山城守宅へ使者をもってお祝いを申し上げること。在国・在所の面々は飛脚で急報すること。
右の趣旨を申し伝えること。

1. Regarding those who attended today:
It is not necessary to offer congratulations to His Excellency the Major General of the Right, but attendance is required. Those with domains of ten thousand koku or more, as well as those who did not attend due to illness or young age, should offer congratulations through messengers to Yamashiro-no-kami's residence. Those in their domains or estates should send express messengers.
The above matters should be communicated accordingly.
