一 正月三日朝・六日・七日・二月朔日・三月の公家衆勅答その他の御機嫌伺い・予参・御法事での御機嫌伺い・初雪等の際に、病気で出仕しない場合の仲ヶ間での断りについて

一 以前から詰日を勤めていた人数、並びに同席者が少ない際に勤めた人数、その他病気が多く一人になることが度々あり、仰せ出しがあった際について

一 間部若狭守殿が元文三年午（1738年）七月十七日に出仕したところ、服喪中のため退出した際について
一 月次御礼がない二十八日の御鷹野・御成の際に、詰番のみが出仕する理由について

一 総じて仲ヶ間衆は組み合わせで分けて担当する
ただし、急な回状は最寄りで分けて行い、また格別の書状でも行う
一 御暇の衆は滞府中でも留守居から先々の留守居へ回状で申し送る
ただし、重要な事柄は連名でも送ることがある
