一、公家衆御馳走・御能がある節、御祝儀
の御能がある節、同席のうち御座席奉行を
務める節は、奏者番も一人ずつ務められるので、
諸事申し合わせること
一、総て正月三ヶ日・五節句・月次・嘉定・玄猪・
総出仕の刻、病気・差し合いの節は御用番へ
届け出ること。もっとも相組中へも申し遣わすこと。その他の
登城又は上野・増上寺
御成りの節、行列余参に罷り出る刻、
病気・差し合いの節は御用番へ届けず、
相組中へ申し遣わすこと
但し行列有無の儀は大目付へ申し達すること
一、御代々御年忌・御法事がある節は
初日・結願に罷り出ること。御成り翌日、総出仕

一人になること度々あるにつき、元文二年丁巳

One: When there are entertainments for court nobles and Noh performances, and when there are celebratory Noh performances, when someone from among the colleagues serves as seating administrator, one person from the ceremonial announcers also serves, so all matters should be coordinated.
One: For all occasions including the first three days of the New Year, the five seasonal festivals, monthly ceremonies, kadei, gencho, and general attendance, when there is illness or scheduling conflicts, report to the duty officer. Also send word to one's group members. For other castle ascensions or formal visits to Ueno and Zōjōji temple, when appearing in processions or additional attendance, in case of illness or scheduling conflicts, do not report to the duty officer but send word to group members. However, regarding the presence or absence of processions, report to the chief inspector.
One: When there are memorial services and Buddhist ceremonies for successive generations, attend on the opening day and closing day. On the day after formal visits, there is general attendance wearing hemp kamishimo.
One: The morning of the 3rd day of the New Year, the 6th and 7th days, and the 1st day of the 2nd month
One: In the 3rd month, audiences with court nobles and imperial response ceremonies
One: Birthday celebrations, seasonal health inquiries, preliminary courtesy visits, ceremonial groups, inquiries during Buddhist ceremonies, mood inquiries, first snow ceremonies. For these occasions, when unable to attend due to illness, it is agreed that this constitutes an intermediate absence. Reporting to the duty officer follows the previously agreed procedures.
One: Previously, two or three people served on duty days, but due to the small number among colleagues, two people at a time should serve. However, due to frequent illness, it often becomes just one person, so the directive issued on the 14th day of the 4th month of Genbun 2, year of the Snake, is recorded below.
