「右帖」
一 同廿八日喜多村弥次兵衛芦屋ゟ小倉へ御傍筒を
以書札に申達す今般請江戸被仰出之趣大音六左
衛門へ井上河内守様被仰渡之唐船御仕組弥次兵
衛に新に引切被仰付候趣小倉唐船本〆？田
息舎人方々申達相応に返答有之扨弥次兵衛有
田小太夫を初御筒役中江申聞候は於福岡被仰付
候通兎角唐船之仕寄候ははきひしく大筒打
懸候儀は此内より申請候通也唐船に出合候
はは拙者至其起密事各へ申聞候左様に
御心得可達之候（可有之候）夫故此節御筒役も身数（数）増

「右帖」
一 同二十八日、喜多村弥次兵衛が芦屋から小倉へ御傍筒を以て書状で申し伝える。今般請け江戸へ仰せ出された趣旨について、大音六左衛門へ井上河内守様が仰せ渡された唐船御仕組みを弥次兵衛に新たに引き切り仰せ付けられた趣旨を、小倉唐船本締め？田息舎人方々へ申し伝えると、相応の返答があった。さて弥次兵衛が有田小太夫を初めとする御筒役中へ申し聞かせたのは、「福岡で仰せ付けられた通り、とにかく唐船に仕寄せる際はきびしく大筒を打ち掛ける儀は、この前から申し請けている通りである。唐船に出合った際は、拙者が至急その起こりの秘密事項を各々へ申し聞かせる。そのように御心得願いたい。」それ故この節、御筒役も人数増加で
「左帖」
仰せ付けられた。

1. On the same 28th day, Kitamura Yahee sent word from Ashiya to Kokura via御傍筒 (official messenger) with a written message. Regarding the matter recently ordered to be reported to Edo, the Chinese ship arrangements that Lord Inoue Kawachi-no-kami conveyed to Otone Rokuzaemon were newly assigned to Yahee with full authority. When this was communicated to the Kokura Chinese ship chief administrator ? Ta Yakunin and others, there was an appropriate response. Then Yahee spoke to the cannon operators, starting with Arita Kotayuu: "As ordered in Fukuoka, when approaching Chinese ships, the matter of firing heavy cannons vigorously is as we have been requesting all along.
