敷沖買之御詮儀有浦之に役人を差出され六宿
筋にては抜荷之御改め有り筑前館御詮儀
稠敷と他国にも相聞る故か芦屋沖に唐船不
近付内？（消去）取沙汰有り江戸よりは今年 殿様御
入部被遊候故其前々と何とぞ唐船漂流な
き様に仕候へと毎々申来る
右為交代子の五月三日芦屋へ被差立

現代語訳
「右帖」
沖買いについて厳しい詮議があり、浦々に役人を派遣され、六宿筋では抜荷の取り締まりが行われている。筑前館での詮議が厳しいと他国にも知れ渡っているためか、芦屋沖に唐船が近づかないという取り沙汰がある。江戸からは、今年殿様が御入部されるので、その前に何とか唐船漂流がないようにしてほしいと度々申し入れがある。
右の交代のため、子年五月三日芦屋へ派遣された
