夜のほとは草のまくらに月さえて朝たつ野辺につもるしら雪

常盤なる色こそ見えね松尾山みねもふもとも雪のふれゝは
深草の里
ふる雪に鶉の床も埋れて冬そあはれは深草の里
祝の心を
波風も治る君か御代なれはみち遠からぬ日の本の里

○鎮西八郎の事
此書すてに剞劂（きけつ）の功（かう）を終（をゆ）るころ去やごとなき
君より、琉球国の臣、紫金大夫、蔡温が撰する所
の、中山世譜を拝借せさせたまひぬ、舜天王の
父の事、此書のはじめにも引る如く伝信録
には、舜天王￣ハ日本人皇￣ノ後裔、大里按司朝公￣ノ男
子也、とあり、朝公は為朝なる事上に云へり、され
ども此文まさしく為朝と記さゞれば穏（おたやか）なら

附録
○鎮西八郎の事
この書すでに版刻の作業を終える頃、やんごとなき君より、琉球国の臣、紫金大夫蔡温が撰するところの『中山世譜』を拝借させていただいた。舜天王の父の事について、この書の初めにも引用した如く『伝信録』には、「舜天王は日本人皇の後裔、大里按司朝公の男子なり」とある。朝公は為朝である事は上に述べた。しかしながらこの文はっきりと為朝と記していないので穏やかではない

Through these words that expressed sorrow over the snow on sleeves, the depth of your heart may also be known
Appendix
○Concerning Chinzei Hachirō
Just as this book completed the work of printing, from a noble lord I was graciously allowed to borrow the "Chūzan Seifu" (Genealogy of the Chūzan Dynasty) compiled by Sai On, Purple-Gold Master and retainer of the Ryukyu Kingdom. Regarding the matter of King Shunten's father, as quoted at the beginning of this book, the "Denshiroku" states: "King Shunten was a descendant of Japanese imperial lineage, the son of Ōsato Aji Tōkō." That Tōkō is Tametomo has been stated above. However, since this text does not clearly record him as Tametomo, it is not entirely settled
