一 右川通御田地并山林通用之土橋数ヶ所有
之候間右土橋ニ決而差障間敷事

揚〆切之場所者船荷物共陸地へ引揚積

一 船路悪敷候迚堰場近辺ニ而掘割又ハ浚等
致候而者堰場保方悪敷殊ニ用水引入之
差障ニ相成候間堰場近辺ニ而掘割浚手入

一 右川通両縁ニ田畑秣場有之引舟之節

踏荒候而者村々難儀ニ相成候間田畑秣場ハ勿
論都而通筋不踏荒様可致事
一 右川通瀬筋狂ひ川浚手入等致度候節者
前ヶ条ニも有之通堰場近辺ヘハ手入不仕其
余之場所手入之儀者最寄村々ニ懸合之上
村方難儀ニ不相成様願人方ニ而引請可仕置
尤堰場近辺ニ而瀬筋狂ひ通船難儀ニ相成候
節者是又村方へ及懸合対話之上双方共
難儀ニ不相成様可仕事
一 都而舩積荷物米穀共不限何方定之運賃
ニ而願人引請船積致候儀ニ付川浚又ハ入用歩
役等川筋最寄村々ニ決而不相掛願人方ニ

一 右の川筋に御田地並びに山林通用の土橋が数ヶ所
ございますので、右の土橋に決して支障のないこと
一 右の川筋にて運上を納め魚漁を行ってきましたので、すべて

一 右の川より用水を引き入れ御田地を維持しておりますので、用水堰
上げ締切の場所では船荷物とも陸地へ引き上げ積み
入れ、堰場に決して支障のないこと
一 船路が悪いといって堰場近辺にて掘割又は浚渫等を
行えば堰場の保全に悪く、特に用水引き入れの
支障となりますので、堰場近辺にて掘割浚渫手入れ
等は決して行わないこと
一 右の川筋両縁に田畑秣場があり、引き舟の際

踏み荒らせば村々が困難となりますので、田畑秣場はもち
ろん、すべて通り筋を踏み荒らさないよう致すこと
一 右の川筋の瀬筋が狂い、川浚い手入れ等を行いたい際は
前ヶ条にもある通り堰場近辺へは手入れを行わず、その
他の場所の手入れについては最寄りの村々に相談の上
村方が困難とならないよう願人方にて引き受けて処置すること
もっとも堰場近辺にて瀬筋が狂い通船が困難となった
際はこれもまた村方へ相談し対話の上、双方とも
困難とならないよう致すこと
一 すべて船積み荷物米穀を問わず何方でも定めの運賃
にて願人が引き受け船積みを行う件について、川浚いまたは入用歩
役等は川筋最寄りの村々に決してかからないよう願人方にて

1. Since irrigation water is drawn from this river to maintain the rice fields, at locations where irrigation weirs are raised and water flow is stopped, both boats and cargo shall be pulled up onto land and loaded, with absolutely no obstruction to the weir sites.

Even if the waterway is poor, if excavation or dredging is carried out near weir sites, it would be detrimental to maintaining the weirs and would particularly obstruct the drawing of irrigation water. Therefore, excavation, dredging, maintenance work, etc. near weir sites shall absolutely not be performed.

1. When the river channels shift along this river route and river dredging or maintenance becomes necessary, as stated in the previous article, no maintenance work shall be performed near weir sites. For maintenance work at other locations, after consultation with the nearest villages, the petitioners shall take responsibility to ensure no hardship befalls the villages. Furthermore, when river channels shift near weir sites making navigation difficult, this too shall be handled through consultation and dialogue with the villages so that neither party suffers hardship.
1. Regarding the matter of the petitioners undertaking boat transport at fixed freight rates for all cargo including rice and grains regardless of destination, river dredging or necessary labor costs shall absolutely not burden the villages along the river route, but shall be handled by the petitioners.
