一 伊那郡中馬村々之儀者往古より仕来候儀ニ付
今般通船御許容被仰付候共尾州三州并
飯田松本諏訪高遠其外御城下村々所々
へ之緒産物米穀中馬荷物之儀者往返共
一切船積致間敷事
前置ヶ条取極之通天龍川通船之節決而差
障間敷右之外村々ニ而難儀の訳柄出来候節者
村々一同へ対話ニ及ひ兎角村々難渋不相成様願
人方ニ而可仕候右取極之廉々者以来違変不仕
皆相守可申筈ニ而双方共其申分熟読仕候間
何卒以御慈悲御吟味是迄ニ而御下被下置候様

において引き受けて処置すること
一 伊那郡の中馬村々については往古より行ってきた慣例であるので
今般通船の御許可を仰せ付けられても、尾州三州並びに
飯田松本諏訪高遠その外御城下村々諸所
への諸産物米穀中馬荷物については往復とも
一切船積みは行わないこと
前述の各条の取り決めの通り天竜川通船の際は決して支
障のないよう、右の外村々にて困難な事情が生じた際は
村々一同へ対話を行い、とにかく村々が困窮しないよう願
人方にて行うべきである。右の取り決めの条々については以後違変せず
皆守るべき約束であり、双方ともその申し分を熟読したので
何卒御慈悲をもって御吟味をこれまでにて御許可くださるよう

shall undertake these responsibilities.
1. Regarding the pack-horse transport villages of Ina District, since this has been their practice since ancient times, even if river transport is granted permission this time, for local products, rice grains, and pack-horse cargo bound for Owari Province, Mikawa Province, as well as Iida, Matsumoto, Suwa, Takato, and other castle towns and villages, absolutely no boat transport shall be conducted for either outbound or return journeys.
In accordance with the aforementioned articles of agreement, there shall be no obstruction during Tenryu River navigation. Should any difficulties arise in other villages beyond these, dialogue shall be conducted with all villages concerned, and in any case, the petitioners shall ensure that the villages do not suffer hardship. These articles of agreement shall not be altered hereafter and all parties shall abide by them. Since both parties have thoroughly read and understood these terms, we humbly request that you graciously complete your deliberation and grant approval at this point.
