一 当村石切之儀者不残詮儀仕今年
書上之外壱人茂無御座候尚又心得違無
之様申聞候処奉畏候此外隠置後
日ニ及御聞候ハヽ其御元御注進可被成候其
上拙者共如何様之御咎筋被 仰付候共為
茂御恨無御座候為後日一札仍而
如件

差し出し申し上げる一札の件について
一、当村の石切職人の件については、残らず詮議いたし、今年の書き上げ以外に一人もおりません。なお、また心得違いのないよう申し聞かせたところ、恐れ入って承知いたしました。この他に隠し置き、後日になってお聞きになられましたら、その元へご注進くださいますよう。その上で私ども共にどのようなお咎めをお申し付けになられても、恨みに思うことはございません。後日のため一札、よってこの通りです。

Should you later hear of any others we have concealed beyond these, please report to the authorities. Even if we should receive any punishment for this matter, we will harbor no resentment. This document is for future reference.
