▲花扇の社 当社は風流（ふうりう）第一の御￣ン神にて
わたらせ給ふ利生尤あらた也 境（けい）内のけし
きも神の御心にかなひて春の花に詩（しい）哥
の客を思ひ秋の月に連俳（れんはい）の士（し）をしたひ
給ふとかや筆道を学ぶ人此神祈てしるし有
末広きことばの花をかなめにて
風雅（ふうか）をほねとあふくかみ垣
▲かたらひの浜 はまべのけしきゆへ手を入て
こしらへたるながめにあらず自然（しぜん）に打ひらけて
筆に及がたき景色也
かたらいのはまとしきけばたがかけて
水もらさしとちきりもすらん

▲みやこ野 若草の緑の眺めが美しく、見所がある。秋の千草の花の盛りは、またとない眺めであろうと将来が楽しみである。
○扇屋郡
▲花扇の社 当社は風流第一の御神として鎮座されており、ご利益は最も霊験あらたかである。境内の景色も神の御心に適って、春の花には詩歌の客を思い、秋の月には連歌俳諧の士を慕われるという。筆道を学ぶ人がこの神に祈ると効験がある。
末広がりの言葉の花を要として
風雅を骨格とする扇の神垣
▲かたらいの浜 浜辺の景色は人の手を入れて作り上げた眺めではなく、自然に開けて筆では表現し難い景色である。
かたらいの浜と聞けば誰が約束して
水も漏らすまいと契りもするであろう

The scenery within the shrine grounds also accords with the deity's divine will - in spring, the deity thinks fondly of poetry guests among the flowers, and in autumn, the deity yearns for masters of linked verse and haiku beneath the moon. Those who study calligraphy receive blessings when they pray to this deity.
