▲白妙山 ひきく小（ち）さき山なれ共四季共に
雪のきゆる事なしゆへに白たえ山といふつね
にふるとも見へねどたへず白たえ也山の姿は
雪にてはかりがたし平かに見へても雪の下に
さがしき道ありてふみはづす事有心を
用ゆべしおもしろき山也
あきらけき道にもまよふこゝろかな
白たえ山のゆきのしろたえ

あそぶにどこともなく深みへ入￣ル事有景色の
よきにめでゝかゝるめにあふ也心得あるべし

○大金郡
▲白妙山 低く小さい山であるが、四季を通じて
雪が消えることがないので白妙山という。常に
降っているとも見えないが絶えず白い雪に覆われている。山の形は
雪のためにはかりがたい。平らに見えても雪の下に
険しい道があって踏み外すことがある。注意を
払うべきである。面白い山である。

treacherous paths beneath the snow where one may lose footing. One should
exercise caution. It is an interesting mountain.
