一、天明五年乙巳（1785年）十月二十三日、給人に取り立てられ高四十俵三人扶持を賜る

頼寧君の御代
一、文政十年亥（1827年）十月八日、俗家として相続したい旨、兼ねてより存念の趣を申し上げているが、認められない事である。しかしながら祖父揚慶が医業を仰せ付けられた際の事情もあり、また其方が年来誠実に当番等を怠りなく勤めている事を考慮して、家督の件は俗家として認める。その心得で養子を考えるように
一、天保七年申（1836年）二月二十五日、老年でその上病気のため、願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられ、家督を息子鑑治に相違なく譲る

However, considering the circumstances when grandfather Yōkei was appointed to medical service, and furthermore that you have faithfully performed guard duties and other services over the years without negligence, the matter of family succession shall be granted as a secular family. With this understanding, you should consider adopting an heir
1. On the 25th day of the 2nd month of Tenpō 7, saru (1836), due to old age and illness, granted retirement as requested, family headship transferred to son Kanji without change
