現代語訳
一 天保五年午（1834年）二月十八日、倅（息子）十右衛門の病気につき、御扶持方を差し上げて退身させ、十右衛門の倅（息子）周治が嫡孫として家督を継がせたい旨、願いの通り仰せ出される
一 同年四月三日、老年の上耳が遠いにつき、大目付格御取次を願いの通り免じられ、帰番を仰せ付けられる
一 同年五月八日、願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられ、倅周治に家督を仰せ付けられる

一 文化六年巳（1809年）九月九日、御雇勤を仰せ付けられ、平日は御番方助勤並びに御供方勤を仰せ付けられる。もっとも時に応じて御中小性勤の仮役なども仰せ付けられることがある。これにより御合力として二人扶持を下される
一 同十三年子（1816年）閏八月二十三日、良之進様御側勤を仰せ付けられ、一人扶持を御増しとして下される

一 文政五年午（1822年）三月十三日、良之進様御薬方を仰せ付けられる
一 同六年未（1823年）十一月二十五日、御切替につき御雇勤を免じられる予定であったところ、良之進様の御様子を存じている故、御試役御小納戸御召物方仮役を仰せ付けられる
一 同七年申（1824年）閏八月十五日、良之進様御側御雇勤を免じられ、御合力扶持を召し上げられる
一 同十年亥（1827年）三月一日、外部屋住並みの通り御扶持方を下される
一 同十二年丑（1829年）九月二十三日、御雇勤御番方助番御供方勤を仰せ付けられ、これにより御扶持方を相増しとして御合力二人扶持を下される

- 18th day of the 2nd month of Tenpō 5, Year of the Horse (1834): Due to the illness of his son Jūemon, he requested to resign by returning his stipend allowance, and that his grandson Shūji (son of Jūemon) inherit the family headship as the legitimate heir, which was granted as requested
- 3rd day of the 4th month of the same year: Due to old age and hearing difficulties, he was relieved of his position as senior inspector rank liaison as requested, and ordered to return to regular duty

- 15th day of the intercalary 8th month of Bunsei 7, Year of the Monkey (1824): Relieved of personal employed service for Lord Ryōnoshin, and assistance stipend was withdrawn
