一 文化二年丑（1805年）正月十五日、御使番格に取り立てられ、元締役はこれまでの通り
一 同九年申（1812年）四月二日、深い御含みの筋があり、格式・御役儀並びに高の内五人扶持を召し上げられ、御番方高の順席・逼塞を仰せ付けられた
一 同十二年亥（1815年）三月五日、組方砲術師範を仰せ付けられた
一 同十五年寅（1818年）正月十五日、御使番格を仰せ付けられた
頼寧君の御代
一 文政五年午（1822年）三月十四日、北原覚左衛門が莫大な御金を引き負い（横領し）たため死罪に処すべきところ、格別の御慈悲をもって重い追放を申し付けた。これにより逼塞を仰せ付けられた
一 同年四月十三日、逼塞を御免
一 同六年未（1823年）七月二十六日、病死

- On the 28th day of the 10th month of Tenmei 7, year of the Fire Sheep (1787): Inherited the family headship with a twenty-person stipend without change, appointed to personal attendance duty
- On the 13th day of the 11th month of Tenmei 8, year of the Earth Monkey (1788): Appointed to hair-dressing service
- On the 5th day of the 12th month of Kansei 1, year of the Rooster (1789): Relieved from personal attendance duty and appointed to the rank equivalent to a stipend recipient
During the reign of Lord Yorimoto
- On the 1st day of the 4th month of Kansei 6, year of the Tiger (1794): Appointed to the hierarchical position according to stipend rank, appointed as gunnery instructor for the unit
- On the 8th day of the 10th month of Kansei 10, year of the Horse (1798): Appointed as chief supervisor
- On the 15th day of the 1st month of Bunka 2, year of the Ox (1805): Promoted to messenger rank, continuing as chief supervisor as before
- On the 2nd day of the 4th month of Bunka 9, year of the Monkey (1812): Due to deep considerations by the lord, his rank, official duties, and five-person stipend from his total stipend were confiscated, and he was assigned to guard duty according to stipend rank and ordered into house confinement
- On the 5th day of the 3rd month of Bunka 12, year of the Boar (1815): Appointed as gunnery instructor for the unit
- On the 15th day of the 1st month of Bunka 15, year of the Tiger (1818): Appointed to messenger rank
During the reign of Lord Yoriyasu
- On the 14th day of the 3rd month of Bunsei 5, year of the Horse (1822): Because Kitahara Kakuzaemon had embezzled a tremendous amount of domain money, he should have been sentenced to death, but through exceptional mercy was sentenced to severe banishment. Due to this, [Yasohachi] was ordered into house confinement
- On the 13th day of the 4th month of the same year: Released from house confinement
- On the 26th day of the 7th month of Bunsei 6, year of the Sheep (1823): Died of illness
